  • Original Paintings (Ready to Ship): Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4. Packaging & Artwork Protection
All paintings are securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • Unframed Canvases: Rolled in a sturdy tube.
  • Framed/Ready-to-Hang: Packed in specialized art boxes with bubble wrap and corner protection.

5. Damages
[easewaters] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Returns Policy
Due to the delicate nature of artwork, all sales are final. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
